WHAT IS POLITENESS?

Politenss is being well mannered in speech and action towards all,especially elders.

POLITENESS IS OF TWO KINDS

-politeness in speech and

-politeness in action

POLITENESS IN ACTION

Its considered towards others,

Being helpful and,doing things in pleasing manner.

Here are some examoles of politenss in action.

In a crowd it may seem easier to push or squeeze your way through.but it is good for you and the people around you ,if you ask permission and pass through without sticking your elbows into people and stepping on their toes.

In a class room,when the teacher asks your friend a question if you can keep quite and give him/her a chance to answer ,it shows politeness to your friend and respect to your teacher.

POLTENESS IN SPEECH

Say everything in a pleasing manner and is cheerfull and helpful.

Never shout or get upset  over littile things.

Never shout at anyone.yelling at and bosing people does only one thing for you.it makes you very unpopular.

Speak only what can be spoken at your age.every one likes you to be spoken like a child with happiness.

BOASTFUL TALK IS NOT A PART OF POLITE SPEECH
